Discussion Topic: Childhood Toys
This week was Rachel’s discussion topic, childhood toys. We took a trip down memory lane in the form of toys. Who loved books? Who was more attached to a soccer ball? Who loved Legos? In this episode of Girls Night In we discussed Rachel’s movie pick “Transformers” (2007) staring Shia LaBeouf, Megan Fox, and Peter Cullen. This movie is based off the ’80s TV show and Hasbro toys of the same name. Was this popcorn, movie-flick a crowd pleaser or did it fail to transform some of the ladies into robot lovers? Maybe instead they were robotic aliens — but were they Autobots or Decepticons? “No sacrifice, no victory!”

To close out our Girls Night In Anniversary, we answered two questions which elicited some quite entertaining responses from both the hosts and the listeners.

What If Questions
1. If any two Girls Night In hosts were to have a knock down, drag out fist fight.. who would you choose to fight and who would you imagine the winner to be? Why?
2. What if you had to live as one of the (other) Girls Night In hosts for one week, who would you want to “be” and why?

We got to find out who our listeners thought could kick the most ass and why. Was it the leader of the bitches, Jaime, a la episode 8? Was it our number one cheater, Maggie? Perhaps our moral compass got to lay the smack down to get us all back in line? Or was Kim able to, as the producer of the show, formulate a PSA with which to make everything right in the world? Who was voted as the most desirable life to live? There’s only one way to find out. You’ll have to listen.
